1. Who we are

BeinMarkets ("we", "us", "our") is the controller of your personal data for the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the applicable Cyprus data-protection law. BeinMarkets is an authorized representative of Hitomorrow, registered in Cyprus under number 326383.

2. What data we collect

• Contact details you give us through the contact or registration forms: name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
• Onboarding and compliance data, if you apply for an account: identification and address documents, date of birth, nationality, country of residence, tax information, source of funds and information about your knowledge and experience of financial instruments.
• Transaction and account data: deposits, withdrawals, account activity and communications with our team.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, language preference, pages visited and time spent, collected through server logs and cookies or similar technologies.

4. Who we share data with

We share personal data only where necessary and under appropriate safeguards, with: Hitomorrow and other group or partner entities involved in providing the services; identity-verification, payment, hosting, email and IT service providers acting on our instructions; professional advisers such as auditors and lawyers; and courts, regulators, law-enforcement and other authorities where we are required or permitted by law. We do not sell your personal data.

5. International transfers

Some of our providers may be located outside the European Economic Area. Where we transfer personal data to such countries, we rely on an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism.

6. How long we keep data

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Enquiries that do not lead to an account are normally deleted after a reasonable period. Where we are required by anti-money-laundering and financial-services rules, we retain client identification and transaction records for at least five years after the end of the business relationship (or longer if a law or regulator requires it).

7. Your rights

Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you have the right to: access your data; have inaccurate data corrected; have data erased; restrict or object to processing; receive your data in a portable format; and withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that took place before withdrawal. To exercise a right, email Info@Hitomorrow.app. We may need to verify your identity first and will respond within one month.

Some data cannot be erased on request while we are legally required to retain it.

8. Cookies

The website uses cookies and similar technologies that are needed to make it work (for example to remember your language choice) and, through embedded third-party widgets such as TradingView and map providers, may set their own cookies. You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect how the website works.

9. Security

We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and staff confidentiality obligations. No system is completely secure, so please protect your own credentials and devices.

10. Children

Our Services are not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version, with its "last updated" date, is always available on this page.
